Prostatic fluid is discharged during bowel movements

The discharge of prostatic fluid during defecation indicates that male friends have prostate disease. We should pay attention to the treatment of prostate disease, because prostate disease is mainly caused by excessive sexual activity in male friends' lives. We should be moderate, and then strengthen physical exercise to relieve the symptoms of prostatic fluid discharge in the stool. Prostatitis will produce white secretions during urination and defecation, so patients should be treated in time.

Patients with chronic prostatitis may frequently discharge a small amount of white liquid from the urethra in the morning, at the end of urination, or during bowel movements due to congestion, swelling, and increased secretion of the prostate. This is called prostatic discharge, also known as white dripping, and is a reference indicator for the diagnosis of chronic prostatitis.

Before and after urination, when defecating, a small amount of sticky milky white secretion flows out of the urethra, most of which is prostatic fluid, which may also be mixed with a small amount of secretion from the bulbourethral glands. This is because the prostate and bulbourethral glands are both located at the bottom of the pelvis, and the muscles involved in defecation will compress these two glands when they contract, thereby expelling a small amount of secretion. Since normal defecation does not require much force, this phenomenon of white dripping may not occur, or even if it occurs, it does not attract people's attention. However, when constipation or prostate inflammation occurs, this phenomenon of white dripping is very common. Frequent white dripping, more liquid flowing out, and more turbidity, accompanied by other corresponding symptoms, may be chronic prostatitis. If the white dripping is more serious, it must be treated early. Long-term dripping of prostatic fluid will have a great impact on sexual function.

When a man is sexually stimulated physically or psychologically, one or several drops of clear secretions often flow out of the urethra. This is neither semen nor prostatic fluid, but a normal physiological reaction of the human body. The secretions that flow out are the paraurethral glands. It turns out that there is a gland called the paraurethral gland distributed in the human penis. When the penis is erected due to sexual arousal, the congested corpora cavernosa presses the paraurethral glands, causing their secretions to flow out of the urethra, which lubricates the glans penis and prepares for sexual intercourse. Therefore, it is unreasonable to worry about this phenomenon as prostatic discharge.

If there is a lot of white discharge from the urethra, accompanied by obvious symptoms such as urgency, frequency, and pain when urinating, and a history of unclean sexual intercourse, it is mostly gonococcal urethritis; if there is less discharge but there is obvious urinary tract irritation and a history of unclean sexual intercourse, it may be non-gonococcal urethritis. Both of these situations are sexually transmitted diseases and should be treated as soon as possible, otherwise, there is a possibility of developing chronic prostatitis.

If the urine is cloudy and pus filaments can be seen during urination, it is purulent urine, often accompanied by a foul odor. It is caused by severe urinary tract infections such as renal abscesses and bladder diverticulum infection. Rice-soup-like purulent urine indicates renal tuberculosis. Patients with filariasis can excrete chyluria, that is, milky urine mixed with chylous clots.

The age of onset of white urine is between 30 and 60 years old. The causes of onset are overwork, alcoholism, high-fat diet, cold and fever, cold, etc. Experience has shown that recurrence is more common during the busy season in rural areas (fatigue) and around the Spring Festival (high-fat diet). Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is closely related to the spleen and kidneys. The spleen is the source of biochemistry, and the kidneys are the place where essence is stored.
